More About Each Pattern:

The Liberty Jane V-Neck Tee For 18 Inch Dolls Such As American Girl: A v-neck tee is a great addition to any doll’s wardrobe! Liberty Jane is excited to offer you this PDF sewing pattern to teach you how to do this “lapped v” technique. This is a perfect project for using upcycled t-shirts that you might have lying around. There are 11 pages of full color step by step instruction as well as 1 page of text only summary of  instructions to save on printer ink! These full color easy to follow instructions walk you through each step in completing your American Girl ® dolls new v-neck shirt.

The Denim Jacket For 18 Inch Dolls Such As American Girl®: Your American Girl® Doll will stand out in the crowd wearing a jacket made from the Liberty Jane Denim Jacket Doll Clothes PDF Pattern! Featured in the 2012 Spring Line International Collection, this has become a true classic! Tiny authentic detail is the key to a realistic looking scaled down jacket and this one has captured those details perfectly! This pattern is designed to be made two ways. There is the more advanced flat - fell seam technique or a more simple faux style seam technique. The 33 page PDF file comes with an optional 4 page text only summary of instructions to save on ink!

The Liberty Jane Bubble Skirt 18 Inch Doll Clothes Pattern: The Liberty Jane Bubble Skirt PDF Pattern can be made from either knit or woven fabric.  The waistband fabric should have some stretch. The skirt is designed to fit above the knees. The skill level is easy so this is a great starting pattern for beginners. The pattern is just nine pages.

The Puppy Purse For 18 Inch Dolls: OH Chihuahua! Your AG Doll can’t take her puppy anywhere without a high quality puppy purse, right? This Puppy Purse PDF Pattern will make the perfect accessory! Liberty Jane has taken the California puppy purse craze to a whole new level, (a tiny level). Note: this puppy purse is smaller than the A.G. brand dogs, (Coconut won’t fit!).Take a Look At Each Pattern:

I like the denim jacket. The other patterns have already been offered. I would also like to add my comment on how I would like to see other types of clothing patterns offered for free..after all, how many tee shirts can you have? Perhaps the patterns can be on historic outfits? Or even holiday clothes…like Halloween (witch, mummy, etc) or Christmas (think late 1800s or early 1900s). Hopefully soon these can be offered. Meanwhile, thanks for offering free patterns for us to use to learn or practice our skills on.

Denim Delight Please. For anyone who ends up with denim that is too stiff, for your jeans or the Doll clothes we all sew. Wash the Jeans or the yardage in 8 oz of REAL Coke with out any soap in a normal cycle. When you dry the Denim it will be softer. This will work a second and third time if it is necessary.

Like Joy said, don’t be afraid to try making this jacket, it’s not hard at all. I will admit that there are a lot of little pieces to put together, like a quilt, but just take your time and you will see how relatively easy it is to make. Have made several but have not made the one with the hood yet. But since I already have the denim jacket I’m voting for the bubble skirt..
