Supplies Needed:
-¼ yard main print cotton for bodice and skirt (omit skirt for romper)
-¼ yard contrasting cotton print for collar, sleeves, pants, and headband
-Small amount of cotton fabric for lining bodice
-2 -5’’ pieces of ¼ ‘’elastic for sleeves
-2- 7’’ pieces of ¼’’ elastic for pants leg
-1-11’’ piece of elastic for headband
-1- 3’’ piece of hook and loop tape for closing back of dress
-Matching thread
Suggested fabric: Quilting weight cotton, broadcloth, or gingham
