The dress has a lined and fitted bodice with ruffle edged Shoulder Princess Seams, a ruffled Button Placket and ruffled Neck Edge. Short gathered Puff Sleeves with ruffled hems and a three-tier Skirt consisting of a gathered ruffled edged scalloped Overskirt, a gathered Underskirt and a faux Tulle Petticoat. The Dress closes at the back with Hook & Loop Tape.
The fully lined jaunty Top Hat has a piped lace-up side detail with eyelets and tongue, a wired brim for shape and a tiny Hat Pin as a bonus. Delightful ruffle edged Knee-high Leg Warmers complete the outfit.
