A cute pattern that fits well.
The pattern instructions were fine, though I found it very fiddly and difficult to sew the elastic V-shaped insert. My main problem was I was making them for an Our Generation doll (which was included in the pattern sizing). But they don't fit! The end product is very cute, but the OG doll has a wider foot and my granddaughter can't get them on. I will try making them again but make the sole matches the foot, however I'll have to increase the other pattern pieces too. Not sure how easy that will be. Buyer beware: make sure you trace your doll's foot for the sole.
Quality of the printout was great, easily read. I would definitely purchase more from Pixie Faire.
The pattern was easy to use the only problem I personally had is I have the older American Girl doll and I had to do some modifications for it to fit right for her. The pattern fits my Wal-Mart doll just fine.
Great experience, the shoe went together quite Well, the instructions were easy to follow with clear pictures, which made a very nice summer shoe for my 18" dolls, & I have also made the same shoe using the pattern designed to fit the Wellie Wishers dolls and that turned out fantastic. Thanks!
