I enjoyed making this hoodie. Our 15 inch baby doll has a huge head of hair and I had to add an additional 2 inches all around the front edge of the hood in order for it to fit her head. It would be useful for the pattern to explain how to adapt the hood pieces to fit big hair dolls. Alternatively, the author of the pattern could point out explicitly that head size is important when a hood is involved and alert the user that this can end up being an issue. I probably spent an extra two hours deconstructing the hood, designing a fix and re-assembling the hoodie.
The sweatshirt directions are missing the step to sew the side seams, but it's a good pattern. I tweaked it to remove the trim as my daughter asked for a coat for her doll and i was working in polar fleece. It still worked.
I enjoyed making the hooded cardigan. The directions were clear with simple steps. I would definitely recommend this pattern to others.
Great pattern really easy to read and love that given the extra instructions in I didn't want to use a zip. Thanks
