-1/4 yard two-way stretch knit (sturdy t-shirt knits, ribbed knit, performance fabrics, interlock) IMPORTANT: You should be able to easily stretch a 2x2-inch square of your fabric to at least 3x3 inches.
-Scrap of contrasting fabric
-Thread
-Fusible tape
-Optional: Iron-on adhesive (such as Heat 'n Bond)
