More About Pixie Packs: Cinnamon Miles and Karin Pascho are obsessive about fabric! As the Design Team for Liberty Jane Clothing they are constantly seeking new and interesting fabric choices. Their search frequently takes them to special locations like Mood in New York, the famed fabric store that is frequently featured in Project Runway, and Britex in San Francisco - the iconic West Coast fabric destination. The result of their endless searching means that they find things that you will rarely see in your local JoAnn's or other local retailers. Now they are bringing their love for fabric to you through Pixie Packs! Each Pixie Pack is carefully curated and assembled by the Liberty Jane Team with the goal of providing you with a fantastic fabric collection for your new doll clothes project.
Because of the way these fabrics are sourced, purchased, and assembled, the quantity available for each Pixie pack is very limited and will almost certainly never be repeated in exactly the same way twice.

The pearl sheer material sent is too short to make the cape even if you cut it crosswise. so I shortened the cape by about an inch, which I had not planned on doing. The sequined stretch mesh piece is very nice, but it is about a half an inch too short to cut out the full length of the sleeves. I shortened the sleeves. There is not nearly enough of the lining material or the chiffon to cut out all the pieces. Customer service very kindly sent me another pack of material at no charge, so i think I can manage. I am still sad that the cape will not be as long as it should be. The directions given by pixie faire say the chiffon and the pearlized material are both to be used for the corset overlay. The pattern does not say to cut both chiffon and the pearl material plus a lining for the corset. The layout for the pieces given in the pattern is not of much use. It shows all the pieces cut from one piece of material, which is of no use at all. Most layouts show which piece goes on which type of material. Also the pattern calls for much larger pieces of fabric than was included in the pixie pack. The other pixie packs I have ordered from pixie faire have been very nice. I was surprised that this one was so unsatisfactory.
Love theses fabrics. Can't wait to make this for my granddaughter.
