This is a good pattern. I would give it a 5 star rating except that the upper toe of the shoe does not fit easily around the insole. I used the Pixie Faire pressed wood insoles and had to cut this down to allow the upper to fit.(I used a very flexible stretchy, thin, faux leather and still it did not fit.) I am very pleased with the finished boots.
The pattern is easy to read. My little dear will be surprised when she receives these boots. Ummm...I didn't make them yet.
This was my first experience sewing with vinyl. It was easy and the pattern was well designed. The boots fit the doll perfectly and they are sturdy. I also used soles and inserts I bought from Pixie Faire. It’s a very professional look and a super cute style!
This was a very cute boot once finished, instructions were easy to follow and clear, Thanks so much!
Have made these. Easy, had no problems. Also very cute.
