This pattern is straight from the runway of the 60’s. Popular in a formal style for Proms and Bridesmaids or dressed down in a casual fabric for dates. The pattern is for a straight two piece dress with cap sleeves and a couple of variations for a detachable skirt. Little darts at the waist of the straight dress are a popular feature reminiscent of the 1960’s time period. The dress can be worn alone with a belt or other waist embellishment, or add a Gathered or Pleated Outer Skirt. Any way you choose will be sure to please the most discriminating of dolls and owners looking for a retro style or a modern flair.
Now off to the Prom, a Wedding as a Bridesmaid….........or just looking good for an everyday date.

I have not had the chance to make the dress yet, but if the pattern is true to Pixie Faire's standards, then it will be perfect. Just from experience with your patterns, I will give it 5 stars. Thanks again for a wonderful pattern.
