Medieval style wrap dress with a full skirt with side panels made in a contrasting color fabric and decorated with heavy embroideries of flowers applique.
Dress has medieval style long sleeves made in two contrasting color fabrics which can also be decorated more or less based on your taste.
The design of this dress combines the oriental wrap design of kimonos with the medieval style cut of the sleeves and skirt.
Pattern includes photographic sewing instructions to make this Medieval Fantasy Dress and pattern components are multi-sized for two 18" doll sizes:
~ Sized to fit 18 inch larger dolls such as American Girl® and
~ Sized to fit the 18" slim Carpatina Dolls™ or Magic Attic
Note: dress can be shortened and will also fit the AGFAT dolls.
Recommended Fabrics: Light weight fabrics like cotton, satin or brocades.
Supplies Needed:
• 3/4 yard main fabric X (also used for lining)
• 1/2 yard main fabric Y
• Optional floral decorative elements
• 1/2 yard ribbon for closure
• 2 - 3 snaps for closure
• Matching threads
