Physical items can be returned in original packaging within 30 days to receive a full refund. Contact us to be sent a return service shipping label. If items are damaged or incorrectly packaged, please contact us for a replacement at no charge.

We reserve the right to refuse refunds and suspend accounts for customers who engage in fraudulent behavior or repeatedly abuse our policies.
