The on seam pockets give you a place to put any small treasures - a shell, a pretty rock - you pick up during the day. Depending on the color of the fabric and top you can achieve many different looks.
This PDF sewing pattern was designed to fit 18" dolls such as American Girl®.
Supplies Needed:
- 1/4 yard or fat quarter woven fabric like quilting cotton
- 10 inches of 1/4 inch elastic
- matching thread
- 1 inch square scrap of woven fabric
- ****quilters freezer paper or 2 piece of freezer paper cut 8.5 x 11 inch for printing hem facing pattern pieces****
- optional: 1/4 inch wide fusible web - shorts - 17 inches, crop pants - 12 inches
- rounded tool - like a bamboo corner and edge shaper or any rounded implement like butter knife, spatula, etc.
