Shootin' Hoops Basketball Uniform 18" Doll Clothes Pattern

Your doll will be "shootin' hoops" in style with one of these cute uniforms. Make a uniform in your school colors, country colors, or favorite colors.
Two top options (View A-Intermediate Level and View B-Confident Beginner Level) are included in the  pattern. The shorts are suitable for the Confident Beginner. There are lots of opportunities to be creative. Recommended Fabrics: Sports knit, sports textured knit, sports mesh knit, interlock knit, t-shirt knit, ponte knit, rib knit for neck and sleevebands

Supplies Needed:
Materials
-1/4 yard knit fabric such as sports knit, sports textured knit, sports mesh, ponte knit
-Scraps of knit fabric for shorts and top side panels, shoulder trim, and/or front trim
-Small piece of rib knit for neckband and sleevebands
-11 inch length of 1/4 inch wide elastic
-Matching or contrasting thread
-7 inch strip of hook and loop tape

Optional Materials
-Ribbon in widths, colors, patterns, etc. of your choice to embellish side panels and trim
-Fabric basting glue or Steam-a-Steam®
-Iron-on, sew-on numbers, letters, and phrases
-Machine embroidery designs
