The skirt on the dress is formed by 5 flower petals and underlined with tulle, to be worn with the simple pantie pattern. The one piece has the same dress minus the tulle with an attached pant under the petal skirt. Both snap in the back.
Complete either look with the petal brimmed cap included in the pattern.

- 24” length of 1/4” wide Elastic
