Duvets tend to be fluffier than comforters and simplifies bed making if you choose this EUROPEAN STYLE. The duvet can be used as it is over your bed BUT the duvet cover makes it easy to change bedding looks and styles. You won't need to wash your duvet very often, just wash the cover!
What is a DUVET?
Sometimes referred to as a comforter (especially in the United States), a duvet is a type of bedding that is a soft flat bag filled with down, feathers, wool, or a synthetic alternative. It is protected with a removable cover, the DUVET COVER.
Why is it different from a comforter?
A comforter is typically far less thick and fluffy than a duvet because it contains less fill to start with.
