It features a perfect area on the top where a logo or name can be added. The skirt features shorts underneath that are attached at the waist of the skirt. Choose the colors of her favorite team. Mix and match for a great look!
Supplies Needed:
-1/3 yard of fabric for uniform
-1/4 yard of contrast color for inset and skirt trim, or at least a nine inch square.
-a 9 inch piece of light weight fusible interfacing
-1 1/3 yards of 3/8 inch ribbon
-matching thread
-glue stick
-monofilament thread (invisible or clear thread).
-7 inches of hook and loop tape
-Optional--rotary cutter, ruler & mat
