Try this smart little 1950s jumper dress for an quiet afternoon at the library. This one piece pleated dress has contrasting puffed sleeves that fasten at the wrist with button loops and a tie collar that give it the look of a two piece jumper. A front yoke made from a separate layer is held in place under each shoulder with decorative buttons. The dress opens all the way down in the back and fastens with five buttons. Hook and loop tape or snaps can be used, if preferred. A trim little belt provides the finishing touch.
