This PDF sewing pattern by QTπ Pattern Co is designed to fit 18" dolls such as American Girl®. This design is available separately to fit 14.5" dolls such as WellieWishers™ or 16" A Girl For All Time® dolls.

The PDF pattern features two sole options, in which you can choose to cut the soles by hand, die cut, or use pre-cut soles available in the Shape 1 Pixie Packs.
Recommended Fabrics: Sweatshirt fleece, light-weight fleece, medium sweater knits, micro chenille (Minky) or heavier t-shirt knits. Choose fabrics with minimal to moderate stretch. Ribbing may be used for the cuffs. Flannel can be used for the leg and upper of the boot, but knit or ribbing is required for the cuff.
Supplies Needed:Original Sole Option:
- 4” x 4” thin box board (e.g. cereal or cracker box) or Pre-cut soles**
- 4” x 4” - 5-6mm craft foam or pair of pre-cut foam soles**
Alternate Sole Option:
- 8” x 8” thin box board (e.g. cereal or cracker box) or Pre-cut soles**
- 8” x 8” - 2mm craft foam sheet or pair of pre-cut foam soles**
- Boot Upper (all options):
- 12” x 12” Main fabric (see suggested fabrics)
- 4” x 4” - felt (preferably light coloured)
- Small pom-poms
- light-weight fusible interfacing (white)
- 3” x 3” Heavy-weight fusible interfacing (white)
- 12” embroidery thread or thin cording
- Thread and machine needle appropriate for fabric
- Glue gun and glue (preferably low-temp)
- Cutting matt, ruler, and rotary cutter (optional)
