I haven't had a chance to use this yet (waiting for the sewing machine to get fixed, so I have many patterns ready and waiting to go) but so far it has been easy to follow. I have barely ever sewed in my life but the instructions are easy enough for me to understand. I am so excited to use this (and the other patterns that I've bought).
I found this pattern very easy and quick to sew up and it fits very well. Loved using it.
I love the look. The skirt was a little too big because my doll has a thinner waist than the pattern
