It's a warm summer evening and time to dress in some cozy pajamas and drift off to Slumber land. With this PDF pattern you can make a cute top with bloomers for bedtime. The bodice part of the top is lined. It overlaps at the back and closes with hook-and-loop but you can sew on snaps as well. The bloomers are so cute with elastic cuffs. Add some lace and they look even prettier. Included is a longer dress length to make a summer play dress.
This PDF sewing pattern is designed to fit 16 inch A Girl for All Time® dolls.
Recommended Fabrics: Woven fabrics. Quilt cotton. Flannel. Linen. Shirting.
Supplies Needed:
- Fabric for Top and Pants — 11” x 23”
- Fabric for Dress — 9.5” x 13”
- Lining — 4” x 11” Remnant (or you can use the same fabric as for the top)
- Hook-and-Loop Tape — 4” (5/8” width — cut in half to get about 1/4” wide)
- Elastic (1/4” wide) for pants legs — 10”
- Elastic (3/8” wide) for waist — 6.5”
- Optional: Buttons (1/4” wide) for decoration — x3
- Optional: Lace for trim (3/4” wide) — 15”
- Matching thread
