Delighted to find a period design that fits Sasha dolls. The written and illustrated instructions were very well set out. I watched a YouTube tutorial for human-sized clothes to get the knack of sewing and turning the sleeve linings, as I’d never done this before. Also found it a little hard to ease in the sleeve lining shoulder. Love to make it again.
I loved sewing this pattern. Wonderfully detailed pattern with written explanations and digital drawings. Sewing the lining to the coat at the sleeves really tested my own spatial awareness, even though a good drawing and explanation was provided. A YouTube clip about how do this on a human-sized jacket helped me get through this tricky step. I’m glad I persisted as it all made sense in the end and the finish on the sleeves was very neat. Thank you for such a lovely pattern! (Photo shows a knitted bonnet as I have for yet made the bonnet from the pattern.)
Can not wait to make this for Christmas
