As spring turns to summer, this elastic back halter top and pull on capri pants are the perfect outfit for a warm, summer evening stroll along the beach or down the boardwalk. Your doll will be ready for the playgound, a picnic or a beach party! Stitch it up with contrasting ruffles or other fun trims. The ruffles add a playful boutique style to a simple and easy to sew summer look, to keep your doll feeling cool, cute, and casual all at the same time! Mix and match your doll's outfit with fun fabrics like holiday prints and tropical florals - and without formal closures, it is easy for little hands to sew and dress their dolls. The top ties at the neck with fabric ties or the simpler ribbon option.
Transition the Boardwalk Boutique to a back to school look by adding a tee shirt or turtleneck or using heavier fabrics. You can lengthen the top to make a simple sundress or jumper!

The instructions were very good and easy to sew. Fits the baby doll perfectly. This line of patterns are fantastic for the sewing enthusiasts.
This pattern is a delight to use and has been SEW popular at my spring craft shows. Bitty Baby is still one of the most popular dolls that I sew for and this pattern is wonderful. With so many options for style adaptions and combining different fabrics, this pattern will be my "go to" pattern all season!
I love this pattern! there aren't many out there for Bitty Babies & Twins that aren't "babyish". This is really cute, versatile (optional halter dress and a pants pattern!) Easy to put on for little hands. Oh Sew Kat's patterns are always so fun and easy to follow! I am always mixing pieces for new combinations! :D Thank you!
