Skill Level: This is an easy level sewing pattern. Sewing straight seams and curves are all that are required. This bag is lined so it will require turning right side out to finish.

The tote stitched up easily and is adorable.
Had to make this one since my grand daughter is Emma. This simple bag is easy to construct. The results look like a top quality bag.
The tote bag was easy to make and I really enjoyed making it to go with dresses that I had already been making. Thank you
I have purchased many patterns from Pixiefaire. Mostly Liberty Jane Patterns. The patterns are top quality and the customer services is excellent. I contacted them on a Sunday and got a reply within half a hour.
The Emma Tote Bag was an easy pattern to follow with great results! I loved the sweet pocket, the option for lining and the size of the bag. I also love how the tote fits on the shoulders of my American Girl dolls. One thing I would change is the handle. I don't love how it's sewn together, but I'm not sure how to make it one continuous piece without making a hole somewhere. Thanks for the great pattern. I will definitely be back for more!
