I love this pattern! I snapped it up as soon as I saw it. With 4 little pairs of boots in hand, I went fabric shopping. I’ve made all 4 coats and am so pleased with the design and the fit of this coat. But more than that, the lining technique was new to me and I think it is so very clever. The pattern pieces all fit together nicely and produce a very fine and detailed little coat. I also noted no instruction for topstitching, but was happy with the outcome without it.

I'd like some editing

The pattern is very good, the instructions are easy to follow. However, I'd like some information be added. In my first run of the pattern I tried to follow the instructions word for word. It's only when I finished the coat I noticed that there were no instructions for topstitching. That's why my coat looks not exactly as one on the front page. I think that the results might be better if you add topstitching in steps 18 (raglan lines), 31 (waist line), 36 (hem line), 39 (button bands). Thank you!
