Liberty Jane® Bubble Skirt PDF Pattern is designed to fit an 18-inch doll such as American Girl®. This pattern is easy to sew using just a few rectangular pieces and has an elastic waist. The finished skirt is designed to fit above the knees. A bubble skirt is perfect for the modern-day fashionista or for your 1980s character doll too!
Choose from three different waistband style options: Fabric with a narrow casing, fabric with no visible stitching, and exposed elastic.
Suggested fabrics: Knits, lightweight woven cotton, cotton lawn, chiffon, rayon challis, silky prints or solids, and more.

-Elastic 1/4"-1/2" for inside the casing or 1" flat for exposed.
