My Baby Girl Romper 15" Baby Doll Clothes Pattern

19 reviews   |

Do you remember that sweet baby romper you dressed your little girl in when she was so tiny? The soft, cozy one with a snuggly onesie below and a flowy dress above? It always stayed neatly in place and made her feel safe and warm. My Baby Girl Romper will allow your little mommy in training to wrap that same sweet memory around her favorite playmate. A perfect play outfit for baby dolls like Bitty Baby that will work year round and can be sewn over and over to create a trunk full of special memories.
The My Baby Girl Romper PDF sewing pattern even comes with two delightful romper styles and an all-in-one sewing construction, making it child’s play for her little hands to dress her baby. You will appreciate the easy sewing construction (no binding needed) and the simple elastic leg casing that allows plenty of room to go over My Baby Diaper as well. Bitty Twin sisters can rest assured we haven’t forgotten their brothers, but this one is all about surrounding her in comfortable tradition everyone remembers.

My Baby Girl Romper

The pattern has very good instructions and makes it very easy to sew. Loved how it tuned out. Every pattern from this pattern maker I have been very successful with making the doll clothes.

Romper for Bitty Baby

This pattern has excellent instructions and fits the doll perfectly. I could not be more pleased.

So cute

The instructions were easy to follow. I would definitely follow the recommendation that you serve the edges, particularly the center front of the romper portion because when you join the two together the top of that seam is slightly visible at the neckline and you want a nice finished edge. I was a little concerned about the bottom of the back opening possibly tearing a bit with usage so I decided to put a small bar-tack across that to make it more secure.

Fun to sew!

Very easy pattern to follow. Got this for my granddaughter’s Baby Stella doll. Fits perfectly! I made both versions and plan on making more.
