This is an intermediate level pattern because of the amount of pieces, zipper installation, and the gathering technique. The body of the jacket is lined, the design features an empire waistline with delicate rushing as well as ruching along the center front. It is designed to be made from a thin knit such as the new rayon blends.
Supplies Needed: -1/2 yard of lightweight knit fabric (rayon blends are great too!)
-1/8 yard fusible interfacing for knits
-1/3 yard of 3/8″ wide grosgrain ribbon
