The Liberty Jane® Bubble Skirt PDF Pattern is designed to fit 14.5 -15 inch dolls such as WellieWishers™ and Ruby Red Fashion Friends®. This pattern is easy to sew using just a few rectangular pieces and has an elastic waist. The finished skirt is designed to fit above the knees. A bubble skirt is perfect for the modern-day fashionista or for your 1980s character doll too! Choose from two different waistband style options: Fabric with a narrow casing and exposed elastic.
Suggested fabrics: Knits, lightweight woven cotton, cotton lawn, chiffon, rayon challis, silky prints or solids, and more.
Supplies Needed:
- 1/4 yard fabric
- Thread
- Elastic 1/8" for inside the casing or 5/8" - 1" flat for exposed
