The Liberty Jane® Bubble Skirt PDF Pattern is designed to fit 13-inch Little Darling® dolls. This pattern is easy to sew using just a few rectangular pieces and has an elastic waist. The finished skirt is designed to fit above the knees. A bubble skirt is perfect for the modern-day fashionista or for your 1980s character doll too! Choose from two different waistband style options: Fabric with a narrow casing and exposed elastic.
Suggested fabrics: Knits, lightweight woven cotton, cotton lawn, chiffon, rayon challis, silky prints or solids, and more.

- Thread
- Elastic 1/8"-1/4" for inside the casing or 1" flat for exposed
