It features cap sleeves, full skirt, a high empire waist with contrasting belt, and the scalloped high-low hem which is slightly longer in back make this design one your little darling will love to wear on special occasions or whenever she wants to feel pretty. A straight slip is worn by the model under the dress (not included). This pattern is recommended for intermediate level or a very confident beginner looking for a challenge.
