Carrick Bend Sandals for 18 inch Dolls PDF Pattern - from Miche Designs. Create a nautical look with this cute design! Use a variety of trims to vary the look of you dolls new sandals. The design also features an intricate cutout patterns on the back heel. This is a craft pattern that requires a small amount of sewing with a sewing machine and use of a hot glue gun to assemble the shoe.
This shoe pattern works with any of the Pixie Pack SHAPE 1 pre-cut soles (White, Black, Color 1 or Color 2 - Also Black/White Combo.)
Supplies Needed:
-1 scrap vinyl fabric for sole lining, and a small piece of vinyl for the heel piece
-Thread and sewing machine
-Hot glue gun and Hot glue sticks
-2mm foam sheet (or SHAPE 1 pre-cut soles)
-Cardboard
-Quilters fleece or felt scrap
-1/4" wide trim for shoe and to wrap the sole
Skill Level: Intermediate. You will need the basic understanding of how to use a sewing machine. The assembly of the shoe requires a bit of practice and patience, which is why the pattern is rated intermediate.
