I got this pattern since my nieceds have both the 15" and 18" Amercian Girl dolls and like matching outfits for their dolls and also their friends. I had purchased the sundress to make three outfits for their Bitty Twins and wanted shoes for the outfits. Shoes for this size doll are harder to find so decided to try some myself. The pattern was very clear in the directions and I did not have any trouble making the shoes. This is the first time that I have done shoes for the dolls but plan on trying more. I am not very skilled yet with a hot glue gun, but it worked fine and the girls were excited about the shoes as well as the outfits. I would recommend this pattern for beginners. I liked that they were simple and didn't require a lot of supplies.
love the bitty baby shoe pattern....they are easy to make and the pattern is very detailed
love the bitty bow tie shoe pattern very easy great fit and so cute
First I was so excited to finally see shoe patterns for bitty baby! They came out great! I recommend using a low temp glue gun or low temp setting so you do not burn your fingertips when attaching the fabric soles and the uppers.
