It includes detailed instructions for techniques that will take the fear out of sewing with knits and FOE.
Recommended Fabrics: Medium-weight cotton/lycra knits, medium polyester knits, sturdy stretch lace, swim and dance 4-way stretch. Not suitable for one-way patterns. The knit should stretch from 4”- 5” and retain its shape (see stretch guide). Knits should be sturdy and retain shape after being stretched. Not suitable for overly light-weight knits
