- Yoke: 1/4 yard fabric
- Skirt: 1/4 yard fabric
- Yoke Lining: 1/4 yard fabric
- Ruffle and bow: 1/8 yard fabric or 1 1/8 yard ribbon
- Matching thread for all items.
- 3 Snaps or 4” of hook and loop tape
