Customer Service Job Description

Classification: Part-Time, 15-Hours A Week.
Status: Non-Exempt

Support customers by providing helpful information, answering questions, and responding to inquiries. Serve as the front line of support for clients and customers and help ensure that customers are satisfied with products, services, and features. Manage the customer service experience for all websites and programs associated with Liberty Jane® company. Including, Pixie Faire, Liberty Jane, Sew Powerful, and Sewing With Cinnamon.

This position has no direct staff supervisory responsibilities.

Office Location and Expected Hours of Work
This is a part-time, home-based, position.

Travel is uncommon, but may occur very occasionally.
