Cross body purse

I found it difficult to sew because it was so small. If I do it again I will enlarge pattern.

Cross body purse

I wish I had used a lighter fabric...although this wasn't that thick.....but it was a bit dificult to sew thru all layers, I ended up doing parts of it by hand.....It sure is cure though.....

Your patterns in general

I also make my own patterns but love the detail which is important to me and proper fit. I am sorry to say your patterns are very difficult and I have been making 18" doll chothes for almost 20years. The purse I feel is to small for me to work with.

Can't wait for time off from work

I have recently purchased several patterns and, can't wait for some time off from work when I can digress and, get cracking on doll clothes for the grands. Love your stuff.

Cross body purse

I found the instructions a little difficult to follow and the size difficult to sew the finishing purse to the purse lining in the machine. I got it done, but it was difficult. I enlarged the pattern to 130% and found that to be easier to sew. I was able to sew in the strap with the purse and the lining which I thought worked out better. The size of the 130% purse is still great for the 18 inch doll. I also sewed Velcro on the purse front and under the flap for better closure, then sewed on a flower embellishment to cover the stitching on the purse flap. Though it took a while, I am very satisfied with my modifications. Hope this is helpful for future sewers.
