Tried to Succeed

I took it out twice. I had a lot of trouble reading the instructions and following even with marking the corners. I am not new to crochet but hadn't done it in quite a while so this may not be fair. I am going to try a third attempt. The skirt ended up bulky and i must have made too many stitches. It is not easy to follow. it would be adorable if It cam out correct. Good luck
