Finding metallic lace for the doll’s princess dress is near impossible to find. The gold or silver on white lace made a beautiful gown. It was in abundance many years ago, not so now.

I read some of the comments and was surprised to see what I was going to say. I have a hard time finding zippers. Just last night I went to several major craft stores looking for a separating zipper for a gift. No luck. Walmart had more choices than the major craft shops did. Looks like I’ll have to drive 50 miles to a Joannes for a zipper. I don’t have time for shipping. The zipper I need is for a baby sweater, but DOLL sized zippers would be FABULOUS!!!!

I was going to say overall buckles, but I looked at the Home Sew site and found them (while looking in the “Cinnamon’s Favorites” section. While there, I also noticed they carried the “Turn-It-All” tool which I love for turning spaghetti straps and narrow tubes. Take a look at it while you’re browsing the site.
