Make your doll an easy but lovely looking cardigan that can be worn over a pair of jeans or pants.
The pattern stitch on the sleeves and body is a beaded rib stitch which is a two row repeat that can be easily memorized. It creates a slim fit style with the garter stitch rows over the bodice which provides some stretch and a slight puff over the sleeves.
The cardigan is knit flat from the hem upwards with a front buttoned closure. The sleeves are knitted separately and are joined at the bodice. Use your dpns or circular needles when joining the sleeves to the rest of body.
Stitches used: knit, purl, YO, skp and k2tog
