Time for an update

This shirt was slightly disappointing after a fair amount of work done to sew it. The shirt fits large, almost dress length and the collar is so tall that it gets in the way of a doll's hair. Just as the style is showing it's age, so is the fit. It was obviously made for the older larger dolls. If you choose to make this I would advise shortening the pattern by at least a few inches and considering tapering the front and back pieces as well based on your doll's measurements.

This pattern has to be the cutest I have sewn so far. Instructions were easy to follow and results were as pictured.

Tiny Tunic

Heads up, don't cut 2 backs although it says so, you only need one. The tunic reminds me of a big sleep shirt once all is said and done. Personally I like a short version of it by lapping off a couple inches and shortening the sleeves so they aren't so long either. Its a easy pattern to follow but also pay attention to the neck seams when you sew them otherwise they stick out funny lol.
