This elegant cloak, by Clarisse's Closet, is fully lined with flannel, so your doll will be ready for a fall or winter stroll into town. The oversized collar adds some extra warmth around the neck, and the long ties keep it snug in place. The style drapes down in the front, and curves up to the wrists, so her hands are free for carrying goodies to the neighbors or strolling arm-in-arm with her beloved sisters or friends!

I loved this pattern. it was great and I have made two already. I changed it a bit but it is turned out wonderful.
As soon as I saw this cape, I knew it would be perfect for my Civil War Nurse outfit. (Nurse outfit is Genniewren's "Edith" pattern.) An unexpected bonus with this pattern is the lesson in applying bias contrast to a sharp point, as seen on the front edge of the cape. I never knew how to do this. Great results!
