The Partytime Sweetheart Dress is a great choice for a garden party, wedding, or birthday celebration. The sweetheart neckline provides a feminine flair, and the half puff sleeves add an eye-catching detail. The double row of tucks on the skirt is a lovely detail that helps provide just a bit of pouf to the skirt section. You may choose to leave the skirt section off and make a dainty Partytime Sweetheart Top that works perfectly with a pair of jeans or a separate skirt. This fun design by dKinley designs is best done in cotton woven fabric. It’s perfect for a small floral or calico print. Not recommended for knits. The bodice section is lined. Back closure instructions are given for hook and loop tape, but with the 1/2” seam allowance at the center back, snaps or an invisible zipper could be used if desired.

- TOP: 1/4 yd 45” wide OR Fat Quarter
- LINING: 1/4 yd 45” wide OR Fat Quarter
- 3/4” wide double-sided Hook and Loop Tape (cut in half lengthwise to make two 3/8” strips): 5 1/4” length for Dress, 4” length for Top. (Optional Closure: snaps for Dress or Top OR zipper for Dress may be used, if preferred)
