The Liberty Jane® Malibu Libby: Avila Aviator Jacket is definitely a statement piece! Your 13-14.5 inch doll...
I made the jeans for American Girl Doll Julie. They do not come up high enough in the back I skipped the contrasting thread for top stitching as it was difficult to get to look good. Just top stitched. Also did not put on belt loops. I think I will use some ribbon for that if I want belt loops. I am going to redraft pattern with about 1/2 inch higher in the back. I remember I had the same problem with jeggings. Julie must have a "fat" rear end. I made the bomber jacket to go with it. Bomber jacket is so cute.
Not tried it yet but it looks easy and clear instuctions
The pants are very easy to make, fits great. and looks nice.
Very happy with the pattern and detailed instructions.
I just loved sewing this pattern, I chose real thick denim, and that made the whole process more challenging. But I will definitely do some more with softer denim material an other colours. It's a beautiful, challenging pattern which I enjoyed sewing. Thank you Pixie Faire for a stunning pattern!
