Supplies Needed:
- 1/4 yard of swim fabric (spandex) or a girl's swimsuit
- 40’’ of soft stretch elastic ¼’’ width
- 8’’ of elastic ¼’’ width
- 15’’ of fold over elastic 5/8’’ or ¾’’ width (I will refer to it as FOE)
- Coordinating thread
