Hi Everyone! In part 4 we wrap up the topic with a closer look at some of the techniques shown earlier. First, we'll look at sewing exposed elastic on tiny waistbands and then I'll show you an example using the shirring technique to create a different look for the CA Cami. The main takeaway from this post is not to be afraid to experiment with techniques and ideas and use them in existing patterns and designs! I like to have my needle down when I stretch the elastic so I don’t pull the fabric. I love the auto stop needle down position :)
