Pattern Overview: Retro is in fashion! The Lollipop Garden Dress is a vintage replica of a later mid-century three-piece dress and play ensemble. The basic shapes are classic and timeless--make them with the mid-century rickrack-and-button detailing for an authentic historical reproduction, or throw a modern twist to the pattern by eliminating the decorative detail and adding a tie to the skirt. As an added bonus, an easy pattern for a petticoat with a crunchy tulle hem is also included for an authentic blast to the past. No matter how you interpret the design, your doll will be in style!
This is a user-friendly pattern. The step-by-step directions have been photographed and written comprehensively with many explanatory details for newer seamstresses. An experienced seamstress will probably be able to sew this dress just by reading the written instructions located at the back of the pattern. Happy sewing!

One of my favorite childhood memories was playing “dress up” with the full-circle petticoat that...
Love this pattern and like that it can very easily made to look some different with a simple change.
Perfect! Really enjoyed making this dress. Easy to follow directions. Love it
havent used it yet
The pattern was easy to follow. I made the gingerbread version--my granddauhter loved it!!!
Good. Only the top was a bit on the short side and don't know where you find the miniature buttons as my shoulders would only take one small button. My flowers are a big bigger than yours, but then, size matters! Everyone loved the outfit. I have remeasured and remeasured but it seems that the pattern is every so slightly (0.4mm) smaller than your 1 inch block. I do print out as Letter Size as A4 seems to be more out of scale.
