Trendy Slouch Cardigan 18" Doll Clothes Pattern

I love this pattern. I am a beginner and I found it to be easy to follow.

Some editing is necessary

The garment is nice and assembly is not difficult. However, I think that some editing is necessary. First of all I'd recommend to finish the raw edges of shoulders, sides and arm holes of front and back and the sleeves before the assembly. Second, the Bottom Band pattern needs some clarifying - there are 2 patterns for this band, one is shorter the other is longer, each should be cut twice. Mysterious (for me) "Match Up to Bottom" stays along one of the shorter ends. In this point I followed the pictures, chose the longer pattern, placed the "Match" side on fold of the fabric, cut it twice, etc. To my disappointment the finished band is shorter than needed, it pulls the hem and does not lie properly. The cardigan, done by me, looks awful.

Super Easy

The instructions could use a re-write, but experienced sewers will instinctively know how to put this little cardigan together. So cute. So easy.
