I would love to see a traditional Israeli dance outfit for male and female dancers for our granddaughters’ American Girl Dolls. The granddaughters have all participated in Recudiyah (Israeli dance festivals ) in Canada and that particpation led to further participation in other folk dances and acrobatic work.

We follow a lot of the Polynesian culture and I would like to see a cultural pattern for Nanea for a simple muumuu, not like her Holoku dress but a more informal version of a long dress used for daily wear.

“A FAVORITE CULTURAL TRADITION I TAKE PART IN OR FIND INTERESTING IS attending the Highland Festival in Maclean, Australia. It stirs my Scottish blood each year. Listening to the bagpipes brings tears to my eyes at times. There is nothing like a massed Scottish band. II’d like to see some traditional Welsh patterns included in the wonderful offering at Pixie Faire, please.
