A FAVORITE CULTURAL TRADITION I TAKE PART IN OR FIND INTERESTING IS…advent calendar. A CULTURAL PATTERN I WOULD LIKE TO SEE OFFERED AT PIXIE FAIRE WOULD BE…Doll sized advent calendar with ornaments to put on a 24in tall tree.
I enjoy celebrating the Swedish St Lucia Day. It would be fun to see a St Lucia costume on Pixie Faire. I would also like to see ethnic clothing from around the world for dolls other than AG. (Kidz n Cats, Maru, Ellowyne, AGAT…)
A family tradition that we have at Christmas is getting together at my mom’s house. I have five siblings and my mom is 86. I have always spent Christmas at my mom’s. Lately, we have had this tradition of having a penny auction. My sister is a manager of a running store and gets a lot of freebies. She puts them in bags. For each bag she reads a funny clue. We bid on the items with our 15 pennies. Sometimes the prizes are great and sometimes they’re not, but it’s fun!
I love taking part in St. Patrick’s day traditions and would love to see some of those prints.
