My favorite era of clothing and fashion is really split between 30s-40s super tailored styles and 60s-70s styles. I’d love to see a pattern for clothing that supports my daughter’s imaginary play—career oriented clothes for doctors, vets, astronauts, business people, hair stylists, and on and on. Clothes for my kid to put on her doll and then pretend to do normal everyday stuff. Also a good, non-cheesy 60s-70s inspired pattern set. Oh, and also some ethnic types of costumes for various countries and cultures would be fun.

My favorite era of clothing would have to be in the late 50’s and early 60’s. I remember the full skirts and loved to twirl around to make them flair out. My grandma did a lot of sewing for me when I was a little girl. I remember sitting in her sewing room watching her sew my clothes. My mom bought a slip that had a tube around the bottom that if it had air in it, my skirt would flair out like no other. Dresses were popular and were worn all the time.
