Freebie Friday, (April 10th, 2015) Help Us Spread The Word

Hi everyone,

On Friday (April 10th, 2015) we'll launch an exciting new pattern by Liese Brouwer of Doll Tag Clothing designed to fit the Disney® Animators' dolls. This fun pattern will be permanently free! Help us spread the word and then come back on Friday and get your copy.

More About Liese and Doll Tag Clothing: (in her own words) I am a mother of 3 living in South Africa. I come from a sewing family and started at a very young age. My mom and granny taught me everything I know. My favorite baby doll clothes I own were made by my granny... she added the most beautiful detail with lace and bullion roses. I fell in love with American Girl while travelling in the United States and couldn't wait to start sewing for her. I now have a little girl and the fun begins. I am also part of wonderful and creative family in the Hatched in Africa community. It is a place close to my heart. My mom, sister, 2 aunts and I are all part of this amazing world. I love to digitize for the embroidery machines!

I have six dolls disney animator. They are very beautiful. And your pattern is very nice. Greetings from Spain

I just ordered a new Disney Animator doll named Merida…I love her sassy look. I did this because I saw the patterns for her and bought them. Now I will have three cute little girls to sew for. Thanks for the patterns and the free one too!!!

Wow, this is so timely. I have about 10 of these dolls from Thrift Shops, etc. and they all need new outfits. Making patterns is not that much fun for me. These dolls will go to children at Christmas so I am starting early.

Thanks to Dorriebelle for the link for measurements and photos of these dolls. I may be able to use their patterns for the 1970’s 15" My Friend Jenny dolls if I take in the waist a little. I see the Animators have chubby tummies.

Thanks as always to Pixie Faire/Liberty Jane— and also to Liese Brouwer for gifting this pattern! What a great family story too!

Thank you for the pattern. I currently do not have these dolls- but a good pattern for g.daughters to make for stuffed animals.
